To make your study most successful, we offer our help when you start out to design it. After the initial instructions on how to design the successful analysis study, we offer you our web portal to alleviate contact with us. It can be used to communicate directly with us, but above all it is the online gate for data transfer of your images. In case you have problems with online transfer of data (like speed of your internet access etc.), we would of course also be happy to receive your data either on CDs or DVDs. Except for the delay caused through the mailing process, attendance on our side will be as speedy as with the online transfer.

In the beginning of our collaboration a dummy run will be performed to check out and eliminate all the possible errors and pitfalls. After that we regularly check the quality of the images received to alert the involved study centers immediately if necessary. With most of the studies carried out by us, numerous worldwide study centers or research groups were involved. We will maintain contact and quality control with all the involved study centers, to ensure top quality results.

Our web portal was not programmed for one way traffic, so, of course, we use it on our side to keep you (our sponsors and customers) informed about the outcome of the analyses, and most important provide you with all the relevant data.
