Welcome at the MIAC website - Let me briefly tell you, who we are and what we do.

		With 25 enthusiastic staff members, cutting edge technology, up to date software, over 5 terabyte server capacity, and backing by our university hospital radiologists as well as our organ specific clinicians we are able to solve your radiologic image analysis problems (conventional x-ray, CT, MRI), either in mono- or multicenter studies. Our web portal alleviates contact with us. Online data transfer and communication in real time are standard. In case you prefer to send your data per mail on CD or DVD we still can promise you fast results.

Up to the present day we have analyzed over 9 million MR images from worldwide over 600 MRI centers. Principal core of our analysis is our own software AMIRA, which allows counting of marked lesions automatically and which carries out volumetric measurement. Due to constant quality control and continuous training of our staff, a reliability rate of over 95% can be guaranteed. This puts us up front.

Because of our close cooperation with various departments of the University Hospital Basel, we can also offer you a perfect correlation of radiologic with clinical data.
